We will reship once at our expense if your shipment is lost or damaged . Your purchases will be sent directly by our distribution centers to your door. You will receive an email with your order number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase online.

Returns or exchanges
We understand that exchanging and returning products is often a frustrating experience, but we strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to exchange or return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below. Returns or exchanges are permitted within five business days, All items must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. We do not accept the return for the following Conditions: colors,sizes,and goods are correct. Dirty packages will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer for the return), we will reship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.
All packages should be returned via a trackable method, such as EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,Fedex. we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to five business days to complete your exchange or refund.
Refunds are made in the Credit card or other payment and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods. Kindly include when you contact us with the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.
