Shipping
  Standard Delivery (FREE)
  Deliveries will be made within 7 working days (excluding weekends & Bank holidays) after you place your order.

Express Delivery (15 pounds)
  Deliveries will be made within 5 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after you place your order.

You will receive an email with order tracking once your order has been despatched.
  If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.
  We are able to take payments in Euros and deliver to the following countries:

Return policy
  We are committed to your complete satisfaction .
  If you want to send the dress back, please contact us within 36 hours after you get the parcel.
  You must contact us before sending the items back, we will supply you the address which is different from the on show on parcel. (Please notice: We can not get back the dress if you send it back to the address in parcel.)
  All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and no obvious tried on.
  If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Exchanges
  We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order number.
  You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and  no obvious tried on. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
You will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Order Cancellation
Please cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, we will refund back to you except handing fees which charged by credit card bank. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
